Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Adjacencies

In this role you drive Radiometer’s external partnerships across diagnostics, digital health, and adjacent spaces to support portfolio growth and innovation. You’ll shape governance, performance measurement, and value realization, coordinating with R&D, product, regulatory, and commercial teams. By building a thriving external ecosystem, you enable cross-functional collaboration and tangible business impact. • Manage and optimize a portfolio of strategic external partnerships with governance and value realization
• Own the partnership operating model including KPIs, cadence, escalation routes, and decision inputs
• Link external opportunities to portfolio and innovation priorities for future growth
• Build and maintain a targeted external innovation ecosystem with tech companies, startups, and research institutions
• Serve as the primary interface for selected external partners, aligning R&D, Product, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Operations, and regional teams
• Support partnership setup and lifecycle management including opportunity evaluation, business case input, agreement structuring, and performance reviews

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience managing strategic partnerships, alliances, collaborations, or external ecosystem relationships in a global setting
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, or related life science environments is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams across matrixed organizations without direct authority
• Strong business acumen to assess strategic fit, value potential, risks, and growth contributions of partnership opportunities
• Experience establishing governance mechanisms, performance metrics, decision forums, and partnership operating models
