Senior Sales Executive - GF

In this role you will drive growth for our Global Forwarding services by winning new customers and expanding strategic relationships. You’ll work in a fully remote setup within Germany, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using modern tools to deliver impactful results. You will promote a customer-centric sales approach in a fast-paced environment at an industry-leading company. • Manage customer interactions, foster relationships, call customers, and close deals
• Leverage CRM to identify, call, and track prospects for core and strategic opportunities
• Visit customers in the assigned territory 3–4 days per week
• Execute sales activities to meet or exceed targets (daily, monthly, yearly)
• Contribute to the regional team by sharing best practices and supporting overall sales success
• Analyze market conditions to tailor persuasive business cases for customers
• Maintain a strong commercial presence and participate in regional events
• Maintain ongoing account success in collaboration with the assigned Account Executive/Account Manager

• Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience with a freight forwarder
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (3–4 days per week)
• Fluency in English and German
• Sales mindset

• Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
