Site Operations Manager

As Site Operations Manager at Adobe, you coordinate facilities for multiple sites across Germany and Switzerland, ensuring a world-class workplace experience. • Act as the primary contact for Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) across real estate, employee experience, projects, and site operations at designated sites
• Execute the Global Site Operations (GSO) vision and foster senior-leader relationships to proactively address space and services issues
• Lead and coordinate site vendors (facilities management, food service, wellness, space & occupancy, finance, sustainability, events)
• EMEA lead for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) operations
• Manage financials with budget adherence and accurate forecasting
• Balance customer-centric service delivery with operational excellence across site services
• Implement sustainability strategies and lead site-level initiatives
• Act as owner’s representative for projects ensuring business and operational requirements are met
• Establish occupancy strategies and optimize space utilization
• Collaborate with Employee Experience and IT to boost productivity and experience
• Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management, emergency response, and business continuity
• Represent and drive site requirements with landlords and building management
• Lead Adobe’s employee community and engagement program (Site Council)
• Lead facilities management operations with a hospitality mindset

• 10 years work experience
• 5+ years in managing and leading site facilities independently
• 3+ years client-side experience
