Specialist Project Document Control (m/f/d)

In this role you ensure accurate, on-time distribution and control of project documents, maintaining traceability and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate document flow across the lifecycle, support client deliveries, and uphold metadata quality in the documentation system. This position sits within project teams to safeguard information integrity and smooth communication with stakeholders. The role offers hands-on routing of documents, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to contribute to compliant project delivery.

• Filing, organizing, compiling and coordinating electronic data and documents across the full lifecycle
• Sending documents in electronic and paper form
• Coordinating project-specific documentation for the client and tracking deadlines
• Organising timely compilation and delivery of contractually required documents
• Maintaining, spot-checking and updating metadata in electronic document systems
• Participating in documentation and process coordination meetings

• Completed technical/commercial training (lateral entrants welcome)
• Professional experience in documentation, administration and document control
• Strong IT affinity
• Fluent in German and English
