Sr. Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Remote Eligible in Germany)

You lead the most complex AI deployments and own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to production. You architect multi-agent solutions and deliver Deployment Kits that empower 200+ consultants and partners. You mentor junior engineers and drive the intelligence loop, translating field learnings into production improvements. This role is about building an scalable, customer-driven AI platform rather than just filling a position, with a strong impact on enterprise deployments and strategy.

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments across multiple systems, architecting, building, validating, and managing customer relationships
• Own and evolve the AI workshop program and translate outputs into production requirements
• Design multi-agent solutions tailored to client workflow and compliance needs
• Create client- and industry-specific MCP resource packs for smarter connected AI surfaces
• Ensure Deployment Kit quality is accessible for non-engineers via comprehensive documentation
• Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints with training materials and certification criteria
• Drive the intelligence loop through strategic memos, field findings, and platform improvement RFCs
• Mentor junior FDEs on engagements, code reviews, and Deployment Kit quality

• 6–10+ years in production software engineering
• 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production
• Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise technical engagements
• Experience with security reviews and production systems
• Deep production LLM experience: multi-agent orchestration, RAG, evaluation frameworks, scale deployment
• System architecture across enterprise, cloud, and AI services
• Ability to create reusable technical assets and document architecture
