Overview

In this role you will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-grade AI deployments from day one across multiple accounts. You’ll work across configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment, delivering measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position with mentorship and opportunities to lead complex deliveries. You’ll contribute to a rapidly evolving AI platform and partner with customers to turn challenges into deployed solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and deploy agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments end-to-end
Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into working deployments
Own components from architecture to production, with observability and validation
Build and integrate data pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and associated dashboards
Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs to accelerate deployment timelines
Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enabling teams
Identify platform gaps and feed field insights back to product teams
Partner with the Deployment Strategist to align customer goals with viable agentic solutions

Zentrale Anforderungen

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex (and willingness to expand as needed)
Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
Strong data modeling, API design, and integration pattern knowledge
Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects
Quality-focused code and rigorous evaluation of AI outputs
Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
Fluency in German and English
