Sr. Regional Fleet Manager, MEU Fleet Management

In this role, you will drive regional fleet safety, compliance, and availability, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You’ll align with Fleet Compliance and Product teams to standardize best practices and support cross-border initiatives across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. You will manage escalations, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven readiness to protect vehicle performance and cosmetic standards. This position offers regional impact with travel and the chance to influence Europe-wide fleet innovations.

• Ensure regional vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon standards through audits and regional feedback loops with Fleet Compliance and Product teams
• Execute existing fleet initiatives and support new product launches, while helping delivery partners manage their fleets
• Influence and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to solve complex operational needs and manage escalations
• Oversee vehicle operational readiness and cosmetic standards by analyzing data from various fleet sources to optimize customer experience
• Travel 30-40% within the region (and occasional travel across Europe) to support operations

• Fluent in German (speaking, reading, writing)
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, or related field
• Experience managing multiple priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g., network expansion, vendor development, quality assurance, cost improvement, stakeholder engagement)
