Technical Programme Manager - Air

As Technical Programme Manager, Air, you drive the multi-disciplinary aircraft development programme across engineering, product, and leadership teams. You shape delivery processes and coordinate cross-functional work to move plans into outcomes. You will build strategic partnerships with aerospace partners and foster collaboration inside Helsing to accelerate development. The role sits at the heart of a next-generation aircraft project with broad technical exposure and high-impact outcomes. • Own the programme rhythm across engineering, product, and leadership, ensuring decisions are captured and followed through
• Translate complex requirements into clear, structured delivery plans across a broad technical scope
• Build and sustain external aerospace partnerships to accelerate aircraft development
• Identify and resolve friction across team interfaces to enable measurable progress
• Coordinate across multiple disciplines (software, systems, flight physics, aerodynamics) to keep aligned on objectives
• Contribute to design and build of the aircraft with strategic clarity and hands-on execution

• Technical degree in aerospace, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or related field
• Experience in aerospace industry and familiarity with its processes and conventions
• Proven track record coordinating complex, cross-functional programmes with measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication in German and English for varied audiences
• Ability to balance programme strategy with disciplined, repeatable delivery processes
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of two days per week in Tussenhausen
