Tendering Specialist, Network Control

In this role you will lead complex tendering and proposal work for the Grid Automation unit, blending technical and commercial insight to shape competitive offers. You will coordinate input from Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery to align with business objectives and governance. The position focuses on risk assessment, pricing, and timely, high-quality submissions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will be a key contributor to commercial outcomes, with a clear impact on our projects and customers.

• Own proposal development and gather inputs from technical and commercial stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, controlling, legal, financial, and tax teams to define the winning setup and strategy
• Present proposals to top management

• Bachelor
• Minimum 5 years of Proposal Management or Sales Support
• Organized, structured, quick learner, result oriented

• Proficiency in English and Swedish or English and German
