UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

In this role you own the design system and ensure a cohesive Myra UX across AI-generated interfaces. You shape how the platform looks and feels, applying system-level thinking to keep a single, high-quality product experience. You collaborate with engineers to translate research and design decisions into precise handoffs and consistent interactions. • Own and govern the design system as the single source of truth for components, tokens, typography, and visual language across all products
• Review, refine, and approve AI-generated UI, maintaining prompting standards and design briefs for better AI output
• Plan and conduct UX research (usability tests, interviews, session reviews, heuristic evaluations) and translate findings into design decisions
• Ensure cross-product consistency in navigation, interaction models, terminology, error states, and empty states
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure implementation matches design intent and create precise handoff assets
• Participate in product planning to review features for design implications before development

• Design systems ownership with expertise in token architecture, component composition, documentation, and governance
• Genuine AI design tooling fluency and a method to integrate AI with clear judgment on its limits
• B2B product design experience for technical audiences (developers, engineers, administrators, security professionals) with attention to precision and density
• UX research proficiency including independent usability studies, interviews, data synthesis into design decisions
• Advanced Figma expertise (component architecture, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
• Strong interaction design craft with clear rationale for changes and improvements
