As VP Brand Operations you drive a lean, high-performance organization and own cross-functional Brand Operations across omnichannel, PMO, supply chain, and digital/IT. You lead strategic execution, capital planning, and end-to-end process optimization to deliver on financial targets and operational excellence. You collaborate with C‑level peers to realize the organizational vision and build a resilient, learning, international team. • Drive a lean, efficient organization and oversee Brand Operations interfaces (Omnichannel Sales Ops, Business Processes & PMO, Supply Chain, Digital/IT).
• Set clear targets, monitor execution, and implement KPI-based reporting and forecasting.
• Lead continuous improvement and develop the learning organization to optimize processes as best practices.
• Collaborate with C‑level and peers to shape the organizational vision, strategy, and culture.
• Manage capital investments and expenses to meet financial targets efficiently.
• Optimize end-to-end supply chain with focus on cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage crises and continuously reduce risks.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective people management: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, retention; grow the team and nurture talent.

• Studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar, or Business Administration with strong technical understanding.
• Profound years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
• High leadership experience with interdisciplinary international teams within a complex matrix organization.
• Management track record in family-owned companies is appreciated.
• Excellent English and German skills.
