VP, Consulting, Central and Eastern Europe

In this role you will lead the consulting business for Central & Eastern Europe, guiding strategy, revenue growth, and talent across 20+ countries. You will build long-term client partnerships and position IQVIA Consulting as a strategic advisor in life sciences. You drive scale, offerings evolution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impact for pharma and healthcare clients. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping regional growth and capability development.

• Own revenue, margin, and growth targets for the C&EE consulting business
• Define and execute regional strategy aligned with IQVIA and C&EE priorities
• Drive scale, efficiency, and operating model effectiveness
• Lead evolution and expansion of consulting offerings
• Lead major client relationships and build long-term partnerships
• Position IQVIA Consulting as a strategic advisory partner
• Directly lead major strategic deals and complex commercial negotiations
• Monitor industry, client and competitive trends and apply to engagements and business development
• Lead Senior Principals in C&EE and manage multi-country teams as one unit
• Own talent strategy, leadership development and succession planning
• Shape culture, engagement, and leadership standards as a role model
• Collaborate with GMs and Global Consulting leadership; drive cross-GBU and cross-regional synergies

• Extensive senior leadership experience in management consulting for life sciences
• Proven ownership of large-scale business leadership at multi-country or regional level
• Deep domain expertise in commercialization strategies for life sciences
• Business development ability to identify and secure revenue opportunities with existing and new clients
• Analytical problem-solving approach to complex issues
