After sales engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you lead the establishment and management of the EU-AF after-sales organization to support Europe and Africa. You’ll shape the service network, define strategies, and set operational standards. You will translate customer insights into service experiences and monitor satisfaction to drive improvements. You’ll build a cross-border training system and collaborate with R&D and quality to resolve faults, contributing to a scalable after-sales ecosystem for a fast-growing EV and battery technology company.

• Build and manage the EU-AF after-sales team and structure
• Design and implement the Europe-Africa after-sales service network and operational standards
• Capture customer needs, design service experiences, and monitor satisfaction with improvement loops
• Develop the Euro-African after-sales technical training system and content
• Analyze customer complaints with R&D and quality to identify fault causes and solutions
• Maintain and enhance the Euro-African after-sales maintenance system and customer relationships

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience
• Familiarity with car companies and battery products; knowledge of warranty terms
• Excellent communication, strong teamwork, negotiation, contract control; experience with overseas service outsourcing and leading a self-built team
