Clinical Trial Manager - Germany - Neuroscience / Ophthalmology

Medpace seeks Clinical Trial Managers for the DACH region (Munich) to oversee CNS and Neuroscience trials. You will lead day-to-day project operations, liaise with sponsors, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements. The role blends hands-on trial management with cross-functional leadership to deliver study deliverables and risk- driven plans. • Oversee day-to-day project operations per contract and regulatory rules
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables
• Maintain deep protocol knowledge and therapeutic area understanding
• Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure timely training of project team
• Review input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final reports
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment and execution
• Manage study vendors and oversight of site quality
• Directly supervise Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science-related field
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience (CRO experience preferred)
• Experience in Phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred)
• Management of overall project timeline; Bid defense experience preferred
