Clinical Trial Manager - Germany (Munich) - Infectious Disease / Immunology

In this role you drive day-to-day trial operations within Medpace’s Clinical Trial Management Group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure study success and compliance. You are the primary sponsor contact for operational issues, shaping protocols and execution plans, and overseeing vendors and site quality. You will work in immunology or infectious diseases and contribute to accelerating safe, effective therapeutics. • Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and regulatory standards
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and deliverables
• Maintain deep knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
• Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure training for project team members
• Review and contribute to protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final study report
• Develop operational project plans
• Manage risk assessment and execution
• Oversee study vendors
• Manage site quality and supervise CRAs and monitoring deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in health or life science field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in Phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience, CRO experience preferred
• Management of overall project timeline
• Bid defense experience preferred
