Customer Enablement Specialist (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions across 5 product lines for new and existing customers, ensuring learners achieve competence and confidence.
• Design and iterate on interactive training collateral like e-learning and on-demand video, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap, while managing training metrics to drive product adoption.
