EMEA Insights Lead, Consumer and Commercial Strategy

In this role, you’ll translate first- and third-party data into actionable insights to support advertisers and Reddit’s growth in EMEA. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Growth to shape how Reddit is understood across DACH and wider markets. You will design research frameworks and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations. This is a cross-functional, advisor-level position with a strong emphasis on storytelling, cultural intelligence, and regional market expertise. You’ll help brands succeed on Reddit while supporting audience growth and market positioning across EMEA.

• Translate insights into sales narratives and positioning to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth
• Support advertiser and consumer growth by strengthening Reddit’s market position in EMEA
• Contribute to brand strategy, perception studies, and JTBD frameworks
• Surface regionally relevant insights to inform marketing, communications, and growth strategies
• Develop understanding of online communities and social behaviors across EMEA
• Act as SME on Reddit communities and platform behavior in German and EMEA markets
• Create sharp, insight-led narratives for industry events, client presentations, and thought leadership
• Represent Reddit at events and influence senior stakeholders through concise storytelling

• Stakeholder-facing insights, strategy, analytics, or research experience in media owners, agencies, or platforms
• Native or fluent German and English; French a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills for high-profile events
• Deep expertise in mixed-methodology research: qualitative methods and quantitative methods
• Solid understanding of the German media and advertising landscape
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders among major brands and media agencies
• Familiarity with platform analytics and first-party data; knowledge of tools like GWI, Comscore, Ipsos, survey platforms
• Broad category fluency across advertiser verticals (CPG, automotive, finance, tech, entertainment, retail)
• Working knowledge of competitive platform landscape across EMEA
• Strong cultural intuition and curiosity about online behavior and emerging social trends
