AI Physics Sales Lead - EMEA

In this leadership role, you will shape NVIDIA’s AI Physics strategy for the EMEA region and build a scalable market. You will partner with senior engineering, R&D, and business leaders to drive adoption across automotive, aerospace, energy, and other engineering-intensive industries. You’ll cultivate the ecosystem with software vendors, cloud providers, and research organizations while turning opportunities into a regional pipeline. You’ll translate market insights into product and go-to-market actions and demonstrate real engineering and business value at scale.

• Define regional AI Physics strategy aligned with global vision
• Accelerate adoption across key industries in EMEA
• Build and nurture executive relationships with engineering and business leaders
• Develop partnerships with software vendors, cloud providers, SI, and research institutions
• Identify high-value use cases and grow regional pipeline
• Support customers from pilot to production and show measurable value

• Shape direction based on market insights and customer feedback

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in AI, engineering simulation, scientific computing, accelerated computing, enterprise tech, or business development
• Proven success in creating new markets and sustaining growth
• Strong understanding of AI Physics, scientific ML, simulation, digital twins, HPC, or CAE
• Experience engaging with software providers, industrial customers, cloud providers, research institutions, and tech partners
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business decision-makers
• Outstanding strategic, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
