Field Marketing Manager DACH (f/m/d)

In this role, you drive field marketing efforts for the DACH region, aligning with local business goals and collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and HQ teams to accelerate pipeline and account engagement. You design and execute targeted campaigns and events that support commercial conversations, measure performance, and optimize ROI. The role blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination in a remote-first, growth-focused environment. • Plan and execute the DACH field marketing plan aligned with local goals
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support pipeline, deal progression, retention, and upsell
• Track performance, optimize activities based on results, and manage regional budget for ROI
• Plan and run targeted lead-generation campaigns for defined prospect/client lists
• Coordinate campaigns from briefing to execution, follow-up, and reporting
• Plan and run owned and external events from concept to follow-up, with clear objectives and measurement
• Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery within budget

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, digital, advertising, SaaS
• Experience in field marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or sales-supporting marketing
• Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing and engaging target groups
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events and campaigns
• Ability to work with target-account lists and create relevant touchpoints for commercial discussions
• Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to optimize campaigns and events
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple stakeholders
• Delivery-oriented mindset with ownership of planning and execution
• Strong cooperation and communication skills
• Fluent German and English (C1+)
