Sr. Field Marketing Manager

As Field Marketing Manager in Frankfurt, you drive Board’s German market presence by shaping demand through digital and field campaigns. You collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Consulting to convert pipeline and support regional growth. You’ll manage events, content, and vendors while reporting on KPIs to optimize impact. This role offers the chance to influence how Board’s leading decision-making platform is perceived in a dynamic market.

• Generate and support sales pipeline with a focus on the bottom line
• Collaborate with marketing and local sales to plan and execute digital and field events
• Create compelling content aligned with company messaging
• Manage annual budget and report on KPIs
• Oversee digital and print advertising and vet suppliers
• Create nurture and standalone email campaigns
• Analyze and report key marketing KPIs consistently
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, venues, and partners
• Research market behavior to guide marketing activities
• Serve as the liaison between marketing and sales to ensure alignment
• Execute corporate programs by localizing globally planned initiatives

• 5+ years in technology, software, or services B2B demand generation or field roles
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
• Proficient in multi-channel campaign management across digital and offline channels
• Excellent copywriting with technical writing knowledge
• Experience in planning field, events, product, account-based, and/or project marketing
• Experience in digital advertising across various channels
• Knowledge of PR activities and collaboration with agencies
• Experience working closely with global sales and marketing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable education/experience
