Manager Soft Goods Engineering (m/f/d)

In this role you will design and validate product patterns for CYBEX’s soft goods, ensuring both style and technical accuracy. You will work closely with design and production to translate concepts into scalable patterns and ensure production readiness. You’ll implement technical standards, drive quality improvements, and manage production documentation. This position sits at the intersection of creativity, engineering, and manufacturing in a globally operating brand. • Design and develop product patterns that meet design and technical specs
• Inspect and verify production patterns for accuracy and consistency with design standards
• Use CAD systems for precise pattern development to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Implement and integrate technical standards into product requirements for compliance
• Contribute to creating and maintaining quality standards and drive continuous improvement
• Manage technical production documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment during development
• Monitor production facilities to ensure conformance to design and quality standards
• Test samples to verify performance and quality

• Completed studies or apprenticeship in clothing technology or related field
• Extensive pattern development, quality control, and production experience in textile or fashion
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD software for pattern creation
• Strong team player with cross-department collaboration
• Structured, results-driven approach with strong attention to detail
• Creative and innovative mindset for new solutions and patterns
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
