Partner - People & Change Consulting (m/f/d)

As a Partner in Wipro’s People & Change Consulting, you will drive growth across strategic accounts in the Americas, leveraging and expanding capabilities in digital adoption, AI-powered workforce transformation and organization design. You’ll act as a trusted CHRO advisor, shaping transformation programs and building senior client relationships. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, pull through broader Wipro offerings, and champion a one-Wipro approach to deliver lasting client value. This role combines business development, delivery leadership and thought leadership in a dynamic, global consulting context.

• Define and execute targeted sales strategies to grow P&C within the region
• Build and leverage a senior CHRO network for business development
• Shape innovative client solutions by integrating Wipro’s capabilities
• Collaborate across practices to enable a One Wipro client experience
• Lead multi-shore consulting engagements and scale to on-site presence
• Provide thought leadership and strategic execution in CHRO-focused transformations
• Demonstrate program management, storytelling, executive communications and commercial discipline

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills at senior levels
• Proven track record of generating consulting revenue from new and existing accounts
• Ability to drive multi-million-dollar engagements and manage complex, distributed projects
• Self-sufficient, proactive business development and ability to balance sell and deliver modes
• Delivery expertise with experience in global, multi-shore projects and delivering customer value
• Knowledge of HR systems and platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, Eightfold
