Partnership Success Manager (Fully Remote)

• The Partnership Success Manager guides customers in using the platform for wildfire resilience planning.
• This role collaborates with the Impact team and internal teams to represent the product effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings and understand customer needs.
• Communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Provide GIS and technical support, troubleshooting spatial data issues.

Experience and Background

• BA/BS in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, GIS, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in community wildfire planning, fire protection, fire behavior modeling, or GIS.
