Strategic Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)

• Be on the front-lines ensuring customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage, tracking progress and adoption.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years in Senior Customer Success, Enterprise CSM, or Strategic Consulting roles.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required; strong communication skills.
• Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations.
