Professional Services Consultant, Sr

In this role you will coach and mentor Professional Services consultants to uphold high service standards and drive project success. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support project direction, timelines, and budgets. You’ll build strong relationships across Epicor and customer organizations, applying solid estimating and project management skills. You will stay current with product certifications and pursue additional specialization. This position offers a hands-on, client‑facing opportunity to shape implementations for a manufacturing audience.

• Coach and mentor PS consultants to maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Assist Project Manager with direction, timelines, and activities
• Build relationships across Epicor and customer organizations
• Apply accurate estimating skills for project tasks
• Ensure deliverables meet time and budget targets
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing with peers
• Provide customer core team training
• Maintain skills with new/enhanced products and pursue certifications
• Obtain certification in an area outside core competency

• 7+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting experience
• 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
• Project management skills with strong technical background
• Ability to create work plans, identify resource needs, set priorities, and monitor task performance
• Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
• Expertise in all core modules of the software
• Demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals
• Ability to travel up to 100%
