Recipe & Process Management Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you establish a groupwide foundation to manage recipes and processes across eight cheese plants, ensuring consistent standards, version control, and robust documentation. You drive cross-country harmonization of products, strengthening quality and operational excellence while maintaining transparency and traceability. You collaborate with QM and optimization teams to align recipes and specifications and explore scope for action. Your work enables scalable, data-driven decision making and global process integrity.

• Define and maintain groupwide standards and infrastructure for recipes and process parameters
• Implement robust version control, change management, and documentation practices
• Oversee cross-country management of recipes across eight production sites with high transparency and data integrity
• Drive product harmonization across sites to support quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with QM and optimization teams to align recipes and specifications
• Identify opportunities to expand scope of action and improve processes

• dairy processing or cheese technology background
• experience with manufacturing IT systems (MES or ERP)
