Specialist Proposal Management (m/f/d)

In this role you translate complex customer needs into technically sound and commercially viable proposals, supporting the sales team in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics to shape tailored system solutions for cleanroom applications. The role combines technical insight with commercial judgment to drive successful offers and tenders. • Handle technical customer inquiries about cleanroom products (FFUs, ceilings, filters, components)
• Create customized, technically sound and commercially viable offers
• Analyze customer requirements and tenders
• Clarify technical details with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Actively support the sales force and key account managers
• Maintain and track offers and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing and logistics
• Participate in further development of sales processes

• Technical or commercial training with strong technical aptitude
• Experience in proposal management, technical sales, or inside sales
• Knowledge of cleanroom, ventilation, or filtration technology is a plus
• Structured and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of liaising with different departments
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM systems
• Excellent German and good English skills
