Scrum Master (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coach and guide the development team on Scrum, Lean, and DevOps principles.
• Work with product owners to conduct business analysis and manage product backlog.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with product management tools like JIRA and DevOps.
