Scrum Master PL (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved. Act as a coach and mentor for development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage collaboration, communication, and alignment among multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for process optimization, and support agile maturity initiatives. Help ensure high-quality product delivery through effective coordination and agile governance.
