Overview

In this role you coordinate investigator grants and contracting activities to support proposal development and trial initiation. You will maintain contracting systems, produce specialist contract language, and align with sponsor requirements and RSU plans. You’ll collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-regional teams to deliver contractual scope on time and within regulatory standards. You mentor colleagues and contribute to training, aiming to improve contracting efficiency and quality. This position combines legal, financial, and clinical trial know-how to enable efficient business development and compliant study execution.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies and proposal text to support proposals
Create contract language, payment language and budget templates as required
Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes and training materials per Scope of Work and Project Plan
Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions to deliver project scope per sponsor requirements and management plan
Provide specialist contracting support to Study Teams for site agreements to enable compliant trial initiation and maintenance
Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals
Report contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope activities
Coordinate with Quality Management to ensure contract management and quality standards
Mentor and coach colleagues including delivering training materials

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5-year relevant sponsor or CRO contracting experience
Strong negotiating and communication skills
Strong legal, financial and/or technical writing abilities
Solid understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process
Good understanding of clinical trial contract management
Fluent in English and German
