(Senior) Data Scientist (m/f/d)

In this role you apply statistical, ML, and Generative AI to solve business problems and generate insights. You will synthesize complex data, including unstructured data and GenAI outputs, into clear visuals and narratives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design data-driven AI-enabled solutions, build and deploy models, and translate outputs into actionable recommendations. You also guide junior team members and contribute to analytics best practices, shaping impactful digital initiatives with a tech-forward mindset.

• Apply ML and Generative AI techniques to solve business problems
• Integrate structured and unstructured data including GenAI outputs into analyses and visuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design data-driven solutions
• Build, test, and deploy ML/LLM-powered models and applications
• Translate analytical outputs into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to best practices
• Translate insights into narratives and data-driven decisions for clients

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Mathematics, or Engineering)
• 2–6 years of experience in data science, ML, or advanced analytics with exposure to Generative AI
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with ML/LLM frameworks such as Scikit-learn, LangChain, or Hugging Face
• Solid understanding of ML techniques and GenAI use cases
• Client-facing experience and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Fluency in English; additional local languages a plus
