Overview

As Senior Implementation Engineer, you drive successful AES deployments right after a sale, enabling customers to adopt and benefit from Altium’s Enterprise Solutions. You bridge Sales, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure a seamless journey and lasting value. You influence internal and external stakeholders, translating complex processes into practical workflows and resolving blockers across environments. You will train, guide, and support customers to maximize adoption and satisfaction, while reducing churn and enabling expansion.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Train and coach customers through the myAltium engagement process with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and fellow SIEs
Manage implementation projects to ensure customer success post-deployment
Drive product adoption and usage through deep product/process knowledge and industry context
Serve as post-sale contact for AES implementation and coordinate with CS and R&D to resolve issues
Escalate and coordinate activities across Sales, TAMs, R&D, and Tech Support to unblock productivity
Collaborate with Solution Architects and R&D to resolve high-impact software issues
Build strong customer relationships and promote best practices to drive retention and expansion
Act as a customer advocate to foster a customer-focused culture across Altium

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with Altium or other PCB ECAD library/component management
Ability to engage customers at business level and drive alignment and execution
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 30%
PLM expertise preferred
Fluency in German preferred
