Senior Manager/Associate Director - Commercial Excellence (1260)

In this role you will lead and own end-to-end client engagements within Axtria’s Commercial Excellence practice in Europe. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and global delivery teams to design and implement solutions across incentive design, field force optimization, and CRM deployments. You will translate complex problems into actionable analytics and deliver compelling client-ready outputs. This position blends hands-on delivery with client leadership in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting, offering meaningful impact in Life Sciences commercialization.

• Lead end-to-end client workstreams in Life Sciences commercial excellence
• Design and implement incentive compensation, field force design, and sales operations improvements
• Oversee CRM implementation/configuration (Veeva, Salesforce) and adoption
• Develop analytics, targeting, and call planning solutions for clients
• Maintain delivery quality and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with EU/US/India teams in a follow-the-sun delivery model
• Lead CRM-related project workstreams: requirements, data governance, reporting framework
• Advise on field force performance tracking and CRM adoption strategies
• Integrate CRM outputs with broader analytics platforms and BI tools
• Support proposals with scoping, effort estimates, and prior work
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building efforts

• 6–10 years in Life Sciences commercial analytics or consulting
• Proven ability to own and deliver client workstreams independently
• Experience with CRM platforms (Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault/Salesforce) and data ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate outputs into recommendations
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and GenAI in Life Sciences is a plus
• Knowledge of EU data regulations (GDPR) and data governance implications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global setting
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German/French/Italian is a plus
