Technical Program Manager, Pixel Carrier Engineering - Munich

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with telecom carriers to secure approvals, align device requirements, and enable seamless product launches. You partner with Platform, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to manage risk and influence vendor and development streams. You assess carrier requirements for tangible benefits and drive critical remediation programs. You will shape processes and collaborate across regions to scale carrier-related programs.

• Manage partner relationships with carriers to mitigate risk and drive compliance milestones
• Secure type approval and ensure in-market device readiness for new product launches
• Align Pixel and partner technical requirements across cross-functional teams
• Evaluate carrier requirements for end-user value, sales impact, and partnership uplift
• Collaborate with development, validation and platform vendor teams to bring partner insights
• Identify and implement process improvements for the larger program or organization

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of program management experience
• Experience in the telecommunications and consumer technology industry
• Stakeholder management experience and vendor management experience
