TikTok Shop - Special Projects Strategist - Germany

In this role you will identify high-impact seller and revenue opportunities for DE TikTok Shop, translate insights into actionable project plans, and drive end-to-end execution and review. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex growth problems, establish governance, and turn learnings into scalable playbooks. You’ll use data to shape strategies that accelerate seller growth and sustainable revenue. This is a hands-on operator role with strategic impact.

• Own and drive high-impact growth and revenue projects for top sellers from identification to evaluation
• Diagnose growth opportunities using seller, category and performance data; define success metrics and track results
• Develop tailored growth strategies and business plans for key sellers and translate insights into priorities
• Partner with operations, product, strategy and cross-functional teams to deliver projects end to end
• Establish project governance, milestones and reporting to ensure timely delivery and clear ownership
• Convert learnings into repeatable playbooks, recommendations and scalable solutions

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, e-commerce, management consulting or related field with growth or operational improvement experience
• 1+ years managing cross-functional projects from definition to performance evaluation
• 1+ years using business or performance data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into plans
• 1+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders with influence without authority
• Demonstrated commercial judgement and ability to deliver measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking teams
