Account Executive - Architecture

In this role you drive the adoption of Cisco’s collaboration solutions in the German Public Sector, shaping digital engagement and hybrid work. You will lead architecture-driven sales for Webex, Contact Center, and CPaaS, partnering with cross-functional teams to build pipelines and deliver outcomes. You’ll help modernize government operations through secure, scalable, AI-powered collaboration. This is a high-impact, customer-focused role with a clear path to influence strategy and growth.

• Directly engage customers and partners to grow the collaboration funnel in the German Public Sector
• Develop and execute account plans with portfolio sales teams to expand opportunities
• Own and drive programmatic architectural campaigns to generate incremental pipelines
• Lead and deliver one-to-many events for customers and partners
• Differentiate Cisco’s collaboration portfolio to align with public sector objectives (hybrid work, digital government services, citizen contact centers)
• Coach portfolio teams on solution value and Cisco platform positioning; invest in ongoing technical and vertical knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience in collaboration or unified communications with end-to-end IT solutions
• Solid understanding of Cisco's collaboration portfolio and strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to map customer needs to solutions
