Account Executive - Manufacturing

In this role you will drive software revenue for manufacturing accounts in the DACH region, shaping customer data and AI strategies and modernizing solutions. You will engage C-level stakeholders, expand strategic relationships, and close complex deals in the 100K–1M+ range. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and accelerate growth in a hybrid, travel-enabled setup. • Achieve software revenue targets and manage business objectives
• Engage targeted customers to position SAS solutions and manage deals 100K–1M+
• Develop strategies to modernize customer engagement for strategic clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, influencing long-term strategies
• Support lead-generation activities and qualify opportunities based on business and technical fit
• Develop opportunities and craft compelling proposals with internal teams
• Assist with pricing and licensing negotiations and support complex sales closures

• 4-5 years of experience selling solutions/services to business owners and IT stakeholders
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience in account mapping and navigating complex ecosystems
• Ability to analyze territory dynamics and develop a sales plan; able to translate technical concepts for SAS applications
• Knowledge of SaaS complex solution sales, preferably with data analytics, AI, Generative AI
• Fluent in German and English
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
