Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Post-Producer @ Creative Factory

In this role, you will drive end-to-end video production and post-production, combining traditional editing craft with AI-enabled workflows. You’ll lead projects within Allianz Creative Factory, shaping content for global brands in a regulated industry. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform-appropriate outputs and continuously integrate AI tools to boost efficiency and quality. • Plan and execute video productions from concept to delivery
• Lead post-production including editing, color, sound, and finishing
• Direct shoots, managing talent, crew, and technical setup
• Deliver platform-appropriate content across formats and channels
• Apply and integrate AI tools to accelerate production and post-production
• Evaluate new AI tools and balance innovation with brand standards
• Ensure high technical and creative quality across deliverables
• Share knowledge on emerging AI video technologies with the team

• At least 2 years in video production/post-production, ideally in an agency, production company, or in-house team
• Hands-on editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Solid understanding of full production workflow from pre-production to delivery
• Experience using AI tools in production/editing and ability to benchmark and integrate them without compromising quality
• Hybrid technical-creative background or equivalent experience bridging tech and creative work
• Extensive international experience; able to work autonomously in multicultural/regulatory environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple productions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• German language skills at B2 level (spoken and professional use)
