Enterprise Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales)

In this strategic Pre-Sales role, you will bridge enterprise accounts and Account Executives to architect bespoke, multi-million euro workforce solutions. You’ll diagnose operational bottlenecks, design compliant, scalable delivery models, and secure C-suite buy-in to position Malt as the standard for external talent. You’ll develop reusable IP and ROI-driven pitches to accelerate deals and pilot-to-MSA conversions. This role combines deep market insight with hands-on deal architecture in a high-impact, cross-functional environment.

• Lead high-impact discovery workshops with C-suite stakeholders
• Design bespoke enterprise workforce delivery models and blueprints
• Develop ROI-driven pitches and value narratives for executives
• Create and defend financial models and tender submissions
• Drive pilot programs and KPI definitions tied to enterprise goals
• Generate scalable IP and enterprise playbooks with Marketing
• Collaborate with AEs to accelerate deal cycles and MSA conversions
• Shape thought leadership through white papers and industry events

• Proven track record in B2B Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Enterprise Strategy Consulting
• Experience aligning HR, IT, Legal, and Procurement across multiple countries
• Strong ROI modeling and narrative-driven pitch skills
• Full fluency in English; German/Spanish/French at native or high proficiency is a plus
• Deep knowledge of external workforce space and MSP/VMS ecosystems
• Ability to operate at C-suite level and influence enterprise transformation
