In this role you will support global production sites across manufacturing and process technologies to set and uphold global process engineering standards. You will drive end-to-end engineering projects in collaboration with R&D, Technology Development and Production, ensuring safe, high-quality operations. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost plant availability and process stability, and identify solutions that raise productivity. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at Döhler’s Darmstadt headquarters, offering opportunities to shape scalable processes in a diverse, global team.

- Develop and implement global standards for process engineering
- Lead end-to-end engineering projects in collaboration with R&D, Technology Development, and Production
- Improve plant availability with focus on safety, quality, and environmental aspects
- Advance continuous improvement initiatives across plants, systems, methodologies, processes, and competencies
- Identify and implement solutions to increase productivity and enhance process stability
- Degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering, or related field
- At least five years of experience in plant processes or production, with exposure to plant or equipment engineering, ideally in food or biotechnology
- Hands-on knowledge across a wide range of process engineering technologies
- Experience with process analysis, optimization, and relevant tools
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
