Global Inventory Manager, Sennheiser Consumer Hearing (m/f/d)

In this role you own global inventory performance within our international supply network, partnering with Logistics, Finance, Planning, and Operations to ensure availability while improving working capital. You will lead PFEP improvements, manage End-of-Life processes, and provide analytics to senior leadership to shape supply decisions. The position operates across a hybrid, international environment and offers opportunities to influence inventory strategy and cross-functional collaborations. You will work with data-driven tools to identify opportunities and drive measurable impact.

• Drive global inventory optimization across the inventory network
• Own and improve the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process
• Lead End-of-Life inventory management, liability tracking, and disposition planning
• Prepare and present monthly inventory analytics and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support manufacturing footprint decisions, logistics optimization, and strategic supply chain initiatives
• Act as a trusted partner in global data-based inventory and supply chain decisions, analyzing projections and providing insights via Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools

• Several years of experience in global inventory management, inventory control, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tool)
• Ability to collaborate across global teams, cultures, and time zones
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline advantageous
• Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder management
