Partner - Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities Consulting (m/f/d)

As the ENU consulting leader for the DACH region, you will build and scale a high-impact practice focused on AI-powered transformation for energy, resources, and utilities. You will cultivate CXO-level relationships, drive growth and market presence, and lead large, multi-shore engagements delivering measurable value. You shape strategy, develop go-to-market propositions, and foster top talent to sustain Wipro’s position as a premier AI transformation partner in the region.

• Own and grow the ENU consulting business across DACH, with focus on C/ETRM
• Build and strengthen senior client relationships and advise CXOs on AI-led transformation and operating models
• Drive revenue, market presence, and practice scale
• Lead large-scale, multi-shore programs delivering measurable business impact
• Originate and convert consulting opportunities for profitable growth
• Deliver complex engagements with distributed teams and commercial accountability
• Shape thought leadership and go-to-market propositions

• German language is mandatory
• Proven ability to generate consulting business from new and existing accounts
• Strong network across the DACH ENU market
• Self-sufficient and proactive in business development and sell & deliver model
• Delivery and program management experience across multi-shore projects
• Knowledge of AI-powered transformation and digital adoption
• Ability to build and sustain client and partner relationships
