Overview

In this role you design and implement concepts and specifications for modules and machines, drive process validations during new equipment and product introductions, and monitor manufacturing performance using statistical methods. You will identify and eliminate process instabilities, optimize production processes, and ensure data-driven control. You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, electronics, and software teams to align machine processes with product requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Verantwortungsbereiche

Development of concepts and specifications for modules and machines
Design and engineering of modules and machines
Planning and execution of process validations for new equipment and products
Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes including machine and process capability studies
Identification and elimination of process instabilities and continuous optimization of processes
Application of statistical methods for data-driven production control
Cross-functional collaboration with design, electronics, and software teams
Creation and maintenance of documentation according to internal standards and customer specifications

Zentrale Anforderungen

Completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable field
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and quality management standards
Confident handling of analysis and evaluation software
Ability to work effectively in a team
Structured and independent working style
Strong communication skills
