Sales Account Executive - Enterprise - DACH

In this role you will drive new logo growth in the DACH region for Kyriba’s cloud-based treasury solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor market strategies, build a strong pipeline, and close high-value fintech deals. You will engage key decision-makers to articulate the value of Kyriba’s offerings and expand our regional footprint. • base salary: 93,250–117,925

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region
• Develop and execute DACH-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in target organizations
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, customer success and legal to support sales initiatives

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar in fintech or SaaS, preferably in DACH
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and acquiring new logos
• Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes; ability to articulate value of complex tech
• Ability to work independently and build client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus
