Staff Engineer Field Application Engineering (f/m/div)

As Staff Engineer Field Application Engineering, you will shape automotive electronic systems and support key customers in Germany. You’ll collaborate with European FAE teams, account managers, and HQ experts to develop optimized solutions and drive system-level innovation. You will present, train, and proactively support customers, translating use cases into clear system requirements. This role offers impact by advancing automotive electronics and customer success in a fast-moving market.

• Provide first-level technical support for key automotive customers in Germany focusing on microcontroller products
• Collaborate with European FAE team, account managers, and product experts to develop optimized system solutions
• Identify trends and discuss innovative system solutions with customer development teams
• Translate customer use cases into system requirements and deliver presentations and trainings
• Contribute to development of modern electronic systems for the automotive market
• Engage with global engineering teams to drive new products and technologies in automotive applications

• Electrical Engineering degree
• Minimum 3 years experience as Application, Field Application, or Development Engineer with semiconductor products
• Knowledge of microcontroller and electronic components
• Strong system-level design experience in automotive applications
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Willingness to travel
