Vice President, Client Coverage

In this role you will drive growth by managing and expanding client relationships across the Germany, Switzerland, and Central Europe region. You will work closely with the Country Manager to engage senior financial institutions and align commercial strategies, delivering tailored solutions through cross-functional collaboration. You will transform market insights into go-to-market actions, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure a differentiating client experience. • Collaborate with the Country Manager for Germany, Switzerland, and Central Europe to support executive engagement and coordinate commercial strategies across markets
• Build trusted relationships by managing communications with senior stakeholders and delivering clear, transparent executive updates
• Translate market insights into targeted go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through origination and expansion of client relationships
• Drive disciplined pipeline management by forecasting, tracking conversion metrics, and proactively resolving qualification challenges to accelerate business development
• Work with product and coverage teams to tailor solutions for regional clients, ensuring clarity and distinct value in every proposition

• Fluency in German and English
• 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within financial services
• Curiosity for the financial services industry with drive to uncover opportunities and deliver client-focused solutions
• Strategic thinking to analyze market segments, geographies, and client challenges, and translate insights into sales initiatives
• Commercial mindset with growth and relationship-building orientation
