Account Executive, Enterprise | DACH

In this role you drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within the EMEA region for Deel’s global payroll and HR platform. You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet targets. Your work supports Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity for teams and individuals. This is a high-growth, international role with significant impact on customers and the business.

• Manage a designated list of accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and develop opportunities for new business and/or account expansion
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing
• Present Deel’s value proposition with tailored solutions
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline via outbound, inbound, and ongoing client engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (SDR, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal) to support client needs
• Prepare accurate forecasts and keep CRM data up to date
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities to internal stakeholders

• Relevant B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cycles
• Ability to build strong client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Fluent in English & German
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling) is a strong plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes; ability to manage pipeline and forecasting with discipline
