Account Executive Startups

In this role you drive startup growth by shaping GTM strategies and guiding adoption of AWS at early and mature startups. You act as a trusted advisor to founders, CxOs, and investors, coordinating with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI-enabled cloud adoption. You’ll own territory plans, articulate AWS value, and scale startups through enterprise-grade guidance and partner ecosystems. This is a high-impact, customer-first role that balances strategic insight with hands-on execution to accelerate startup success on AWS.

• Experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in technology, internet, and e-commerce
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
• Preferred qualification: history of working for or selling to tech startups
