Overview

In this role, you drive profitable growth in the Utilities sector by cultivating strategic relationships and orchestrating delivery across Wipro. You act as a trusted IT advisor, shaping account strategy and leveraging cross-functional teams to expand high-value services. You will lead stakeholder engagement, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with client goals. This is a high-impact position at a global IT services partner focused on digital transformation.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers across the account
Drive penetration into multiple functions, including outside CIO, and act as trusted IT advisor
Build a referable network of contacts and allies to support account growth
Execute and refine an account growth plan with clear strategy and targets
Monitor sales trends and market dynamics to inform planning
Coordinate cross-geographic delivery and optimize internal resources for enhanced delivery experience
Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent overruns and maintain quality
Track metrics to drive cost optimization and service improvements
Showcase Wipro solutions through workshops, presentations, and executive meetings to secure higher-value engagements

Zentrale Anforderungen

15+ years of experience managing large IT professional services accounts
Experience in global service delivery models
Strong background in Application Services, Engineering services, Digital and AI solutions
Experience handling Utilities domain customers, preferably in the German market
Fluency in English; German language fluency preferred
Excellent internal and external communication skills across organizational levels
Experience managing 10+ million USD accounts/P&L
