Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to join our growing German team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, identifying clinical needs, and demonstrating Morphic Medical products that support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other relevant sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting technical or clinical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritise opportunities effectively.
• Commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable working to targets.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Knowledge of hospital procurement pathways or clinical sales environments would be an advantage.
